The quality was poor for the price and it was very wrinkled. The bow was much thinner than pictured, tied like string rather than wrapped as pictured, and detached from the skirt with a cheap little safety pin. I would give 2.5 stars if I could but I've rounded up as I think I can fix it.

I was looking for an item that might be suitable for a Halloween costume as well as some other handy uses for themed clothing. This is a well made article. It fits a little worse than I measured, but once I added the swollen padding underneath, it was barely noticeable. I have to say that the large bow wasn't actually attached to the skirt when I received it, but it will be easy to pin with a pin to adjust where I really want it.

For the price this is a damn good skirt (I've attached photos of it straight out of the box and some with the skirt). It was a little wrinkled but to be honest that's to be expected, only wearing has smoothed out some of the creases. Good material and I can actually wear it without a petticoat because it's half puffy. It falls right onto my calves, which is what I expected. Overall a good buy and the bow that comes with it is very cute.

I received the skirt made to order when I checked the seller's email and sent my measurements before it shipped! So, for all the GENIUSes who complained about the skirt being "too small", it was because you didn't check the seller's email asking for your measurements (in inches or centimetres) asked and because it wasn't sent ON TIME, you received the product as is! For me this is PART 1 of my classic Lolita outfit that I'm collecting and so excited! I'm so glad it FITS me, but it's a bit loose
