This is a really easy to install system that will save you a lot of time and money compared to a traditional concrete basement system. Only keep small plastic children's toys away from the plant or the pump chopper knife will fail!

This unit replaced an 8 year old Sani Flow grinder from the previous owner of my house. I couldn't bring myself to spend a ridiculous amount of money on an upgraded garbage chute made entirely of plastic (minus the blades/motor). It works as it should and was easy to install! quality item.

The macerator has clearly been used, stains, discoloration and a characteristic smell. The plastic the shredder was packaged in was wet and dirty. When I knocked the device over, there was clearly some sewage inside. This is the third time I've installed one of these and I've never had one. I have a deadline so I don't have time for an exchange. I have not contacted the manufacturer yet and will update my review based on their response.

Just got this pump I didn't want to spend another thousand dollars on another toilet pump when all I need is a grinder pump. I had a Centiflow but the block jammed and the pump stopped. It seems to me that this unit should have a power serg safety switch so the motor doesn't strain if something gets caught in the blades. My motor burned out and I decided to try this device because the price is right.

Product works as described and is actually quite quiet. But to be honest I replaced the 10 year old Saniflo. The previous owner of the house was DIY Hack. I would give it 5 stars but the adapters provided do not fit the normal size American plumbing installed in the home. The instruction manual is ridiculous at best. 8 pages that say nothing about the consequences of installing the device. All the drawings in the booklet are on one page and unless your vision is 20/20 you will find it difficult
