Worked the first time. Either I'm doing something wrong when using it later, or the instructions are missing steps, or it's just a bad product. Either way. I am extremely disappointed.

The video is deceptive - the product is not the same - I ordered a new product but they sent me a refurbished product. return for refund.

Not very impressed. I've only had it a few months and it's already breaking. Of course, it is NOW too late to return/get a refund or replacement.

It didn't work at all! Read the instructions half a dozen times. Called customer service 'can't take your call due to Covid'. I left my name and phone number and asked for help. Five days, no answer. Send back! In all my years of using Revain I have returned one item. Three this week! Hello Revin. how about testing the products you sell! Even choosing Revain's Choice is useless.

I use this vacuum sealer all the time. Meat, fish, hamburgers and chicken are best stored in the freezer. It absorbs well and fits most other branded bags you'll find at Revain. You can't be a Speedy Gonzales with this seal, it takes at least 45 seconds between each seal. So if you try to work too fast, it won't work as you expect. They're all like that. The price is good and the device is well made.

This is my first time using Seal for food. I love it. Even my son is happy to help me vacuum seal food. It's definitely worth the money. I ordered this to start portioning chicken breasts, chicken fillets, and other meats. I've used it a few times so far and it works great. My son vacuum packs frozen cookies so we don't have to put the rest in a ziplock bag. It is lightweight and easy to store in a closet.

Your customer service sucks! I should have received quart and gallon bags of this product. I've been trying to email the company for over a month to see if they would send me the bags and I keep getting nonsensical replies. The suction works about half the time. This isn't very practical, especially if the pocket isn't perfectly aligned. The instructions are not clear. I had to find out for myself. I would not recommend wasting money on this product and company.

I have only had this product for a short time but so far I am very happy with it. I bought this to replace my 25 year old FoodSaver Professional II which still works but not as much as it used to, also my old one was very heavy and took up a lot of storage space. Overall I think it will be a good replacement. If I had to do this everywhere I would buy one that can be used with a hose. I looked at so many thinking this had that feature but when I received it I saw that I had ordered the wrong…
