Bought this for my mother-in-law who sometimes has trouble sleeping. She says she likes thunderstorms and crickets. She mentioned it helps when she does it sometimes doesn't do I'm not sure if this solution is for everyone, but it's worth seeing if it helps!

You have to keep this plugged into the wall, no battery which is frustrating to me. white noise is good, i like the sound of a stream or stream.
