🧥 Madden Girl Women's Puffer Jacket - Women's Coats, Jackets & Vests Clothing Review

I was looking for an olive colored jacket. It took me some time to make a decision. This one seemed perfect. The puffer jacket, Sherpa hood lining and faux fur trim, extended sleeve lining, and multiple pockets caught my attention. The size approached, the length is good, very comfortable. It's hard to pick me up, so for me it was a huge find.

Very nice coat. Stopping in the wasteland to show off the shape I wanted instead of being swallowed up in a big down jacket. It's also very warm and cozy. I'm not a big fan of the included pocket zips, but I can live with that. I haven't removed the fur from the hood yet, but that's an option. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

This is the third Madden Coat I have purchased. The zipper broke on the first one I got. I thought it was because of where I got it from. (Burington). I didn't like it, I sent it back. I bought 3x. The outer fabric is shiny and shiny; makes noise when moving. The hood is ridiculously large even for my huge head but might fit someone with a lot of hair. My chest and shoulders were too large in relation to my waist and hips. The pockets are a good size for hands/phone/wallet but are made from the same soft fabric as the inner lining and are very thin so your hands don't stay warm. I wasn't at home when the jacket arrived. Once I started wearing it, it lasted a full week! The silver coating comes off with every rubbing. A white plastic material is visible underneath. Upon arrival I LOVED this coat and felt I got a really good deal at $40. However, after wearing it a few times, I realized why it was discounted - it's a custom. It has a few minor seaming imperfections: the inner lining of the left sleeve protrudes from the outer sleeve at one point, the lining has left a big hole, some stitching on the outer quilting isn't quite right, etc. The overall quality is good, and I think so that it was a good $40 deal. Now that they've raised the price, not so much.
