Problem is the chemical smell is so awful I sent it back 20 minutes after receiving it. It's weird, I can hardly feel anything because I had sinus surgery. So imagine how bad these blankets smell. I can't imagine the damage they will do to your body over time with poor ventilation. It's a great candidate for a class action lawsuit and potentially a chronic condition.

I was looking for an ultra light blanket similar to the cotton blankets found in US hospitals. This blanket is not that thin, but quite light. It feels pleasantly high quality and the fabric is attractive. This is a closed weave that won't snag easily, but is loose enough to drape nicely. Perfect for layering or as a light summer blanket. Soft and smooth to the touch. Honestly the best lightweight cotton (not synthetic) duvet I've found. Good price.

I asked before if it's easy to get caught because I have a cat. Most said no. Mine came with at least ten pieces of driftwood and slings. It's also very thin, thinner than expected. The color of the sea foam is very light. I have a sea foam bedspread from Madison Park Quebec, nice but not cotton, too hot in summer. It should fit, but it's a lot easier. This blanket was not what I wanted and if the description had included the word 'fabric' I would not have ordered it. ALL woven blankets are no good if you have pets sleeping on the bed no matter the cost. Our dog ruined many of our previous quilts by tangling them with his nails. If you have dogs or cats, a woven blanket is not for you unless you are using it as an under blanket over a fleece blanket. We will be using this duvet as a layered under duvet in colder weather.
