I'm not sure whether to say too big or too small. I ordered the XL size which I usually wear and although it fits snug it runs a bit small. The sleeves are too big unless you put your feet in them. The cut of this jacket is completely wrong. Sleeves, cuffs do not work. The cuffs have velcro and a tongue but it is so short and the velcro on the sleeve is so short just a waste of time. The hood also doesn't tuck into the collar easily or nicely.

This jacket has turned out to be very good. Keeps out wind and rain well. Very warm; Most winter days I wear a long sleeve shirt and this jacket and feel comfortable. I put on a sweatshirt on a very cold, windy day, and then I usually feel too hot. The kangaroo pocket on the back is cool and I wear a pair of light gloves in it. Small pockets on the sleeves are only suitable for small thin items. I don't think most phones will fit in these pockets. The hood is good, especially in rainy or windy…

Fits the description of Tactical Army Outdoor when looking for a durable outdoor jacket to wear when a ski jacket doesn't fit. The main pockets are in a useless place on your chest, and all the other pockets and zippers everywhere are just shiny things that are useless. You can feel the cold backside of the pit zips on the back of your hand. A very uncomfortable feeling. It will not go away. To be honest, I was so embarrassed buying such a crappy jacket that I just threw it in the trash.
