I bought this jacket to protect it from the rain and wanted a durable jacket with good pockets. This jacket has everything I need and I bought it in one color for visibility. I'm tired of wearing black or other gray jackets, which is what people here at PNW seem to want.

jacket looks like a $134 Gore-Tex Cabellas unit that's showing some wear and I wanted something new. I haven't stood it through the rigors of time, but for $34 it seems like a good deal. The fit is good, the hood detaches easily and there are plenty of pockets. The zippers are durable. Thumbs up.

I'm 6 feet tall with a medium build. The jacket itself was very good but when I reached forward the sleeves pulled down halfway down my forearms. I noticed it when trying it on. The openings for the two front pockets were slightly offset to the back. As if you had to reach out from the opposite side. Something strange. Overall the quality looked good. I just couldn't wear it and sent it back.

The product appears to be well made, but it's clear that the Asian market caters to those with a trim waist. When I buy 2x in the US they allow a larger waist but every time I buy imported they always come too small in the middle. So if you have a 44 inch waist you will be cramped. I was expecting a light windbreaker for the summer months but it is heavier and gets hotter.

This was an amazing find. I live in Florida and needed a lightweight raincoat. Great fit, light weight and contrasting colors make this raincoat beautiful. Although our winters are warm, I can wear a vest or jacket underneath. I have similar coats from Eddie Bauer, Izod, Nautica and North-Face and for the money they are amazing. The jacket has pretty good water repellency, but I might put some repellent spray on it just for added security. I noticed that the red fabric seems less water repellent than the black one. The jacket is sewn normally, fits well. I like the style and the contrast stitching. The only disappointment is that it was sewn with a regular stitch.
