They all work well for sockets

I only needed lightbulbs but for the price I bought these. The base makes it easy to test lightbulbs and my kids use it to test batteries for lightbulb brightness.

Something is wrong

I tried to use them for a simple circuit lab experiment. The bulb should light up after the circuit is closed. Several students made him blink once, but he never worked again after that. We ended up using old Christmas lights that we put together and they worked great.
