We bought a film that was supposed to be 250 tickets and in the boxes was a 100 ticket film. The boxes on inspection looked exactly like the ones we stocked for 250 cardstock and had a seal. Revain sent us a return form and refunded the money to our account.

Same problem as Jackie Nimes below; We bought four boxes of 250-count film rolls, and three of the four boxes contained 100-count card film. The last box contains the correct film for 250 prints.

ribbon received in good condition but the foil has some imperfections that affect all cards when printed. Almost 10-15 maps found the same issue (bubbles/related damage visible on maps)
