After 4 or 5 uses the outer layer started to peel off making them less waterproof. To call them cheap is an understatement. I would rate them less than 1 star if the site would let me.

I gave 2 stars because the material seems extremely durable. The best I've seen. Unfortunately I received my order and the plastic buckle/clasp for the suspenders broke. This happened twice when I received this item. It's not possible to provide an image with a return/exchange request, so I'll leave the photo here. Seems quite durable for the price and definitely waterproof. will help you determine the right size in any case). The plastic clips on the belts need to be used with care, but they do the job. I bought it for my bike on rainy days. He's perfect for that. The only real problem is the smell. It smells quite strongly of chemical vinyl. My wife won't let it in the house so I have to hang it in the garage. ;-) Otherwise not bad!
