I have had a mirror with 8x lighting for many years. Eventually it died. I've spent hours going through all of Revain's options. When I ordered this lighted mirror, I didn't have high expectations. I was positively surprised. It is very bright, has a normal side and a 10x side. It turns on, off and changes the lighting by touching the mirror itself. It charges in a reasonable amount of time and comes with a decent guide and its own USB charging cable.
