Terrible product. I bought this mirror. After 3-4 weeks the light started to dim a bit. After 5 weeks the light didn't work. I went back and bought another one. The same thing. I was at Walmart last night and bought the best home and garden mirror that looked very similar. THIS IS SOLD UNDER ANOTHER NAME. Guess what?! It also dims. I give up. This product is terrible crap.

Good mirror. I had to fiddle with the battery to get the light to work. The battery component is a bit weak, but once I got it working it has been working fine ever since. I like the built in light but can use it with or without it.

Very short battery life. Especially when you consider how many batteries are required. Made cheap. The front keeps falling off. The base is not very heavy so it can easily tip over. Too bulky to be a travel mirror. However, the light is bright and the magnification ratio is excellent. The price is not bad.

I have a friend who told me that older women have chin (facial) hair because they can't see how to pluck it. If you have THIS mirror you don't have this problem because you can see all the fine hairs!

This is my first review here. I've got two stars because the mirror itself is really good, but the light really blows, it's not bright enough and instead of making your face lighter it does the exact opposite to make it darker. My wife finds it difficult to put batteries in the device and sometimes after putting the batteries in the light doesn't come on as soon as you close the device. A bit late for a refund but as said the mirrors are good but the headlights and battery are bad. I would not…

Completely dissatisfied with this mirror. It weighs a ton. The mirror is quite small. The light is too weak. And the 10x side - unless you basically want to put your nose in the mirror, that's too much. I come back. I give 2 stars because the height of the stand is good and it was very easy to assemble - just screw the base onto the stand post.

When I received this mirror unit I was pleased to see that it was exactly the size I needed and the 10x magnification was excellent and fully met my expectations. Easy to assemble and add batteries (4x AAA), only 2 steps required. The only downside is that when you put the batteries in, the device didn't light up. BUT WITHOUT FEAR. Revain's return/replacement policy remains unfulfilled, so I receive a replacement on Monday (2 days later) before a return is required and bring the original unit…

The mirror itself is excellent but it runs on 4 AAA batteries, I've never seen anything like it! I can use 4 or 5 times before the light dims to the point where I have to change batteries. I've had this thing for less than 2 months. I don't use it every day. When I use it, it's within 5-10 minutes at a time. I've changed the batteries 3 times.

Exactly what I wanted. With 10X I can see what I'm doing when I put on my makeup. Even better, it runs on batteries. I don't like cords. The assembly is solid, the headlights work as expected.
