Blue Mist Full/Queen Magnolia Organics Blanket: Luxurious Organic Comfort Review

Great duvet. We have had this blanket for over a year now. It's the right weight to leave on the bed all year round and add a duvet in the winter. Solidly made, has survived several washes with no noticeable damage. This weave is thin enough to avoid the snagging issues we've had with similar blankets. It's not super soft cotton but I don't care because I sleep with the sheet touching my skin. The weight is exactly what I was looking for. Blue is a beautiful very light blue.

I ordered about six different quilts from Amazon to replace the ones on our sofa. We have Cocker Spaniels on our couches and I keep them covered for everyday use. If like me you are sensitive to chemicals, be careful. I received a brown duvet and washed it 5 times (with my natural complimentary clear detergent that I always use) and the duvet still has a strong dye smell. I hung it on the fence today to "get old". *UPDATE* So I washed it once and hung it outside for almost a week to exhaust it. That helped. Then I washed it again with more Oxo-Brite and put it in the dryer on low and the smell has reduced significantly and I don't feel sick anymore. It may have barely shrunk in length after putting it on the low setting, but I'm not entirely sure since I didn't measure it.
