The bed frame itself is good but the bed sinks due to the lack of support which makes it very uncomfortable. I have contacted the support team regarding this and they are unable to do anything as the item is out of stock. Such an inconvenience.

I love that this bed arrived on time and looked exactly like the picture. However, the center of the headboard was damaged. The screw was misaligned leaving a hole in the front of the bed. Glory to an experienced husband, I was able to fix it.

Bed side rails are cheap and broken. The spacing between the two side rails is so uneven that the slats are shorter than 1 inch to fit between the rails. I now have a bed that is 90% assembled with slats that don't fit between the side rails. There is no phone number to contact and nothing. It's just a waste of time.

Headboard and footboard material cheap and flimsy. The headboard arrived with holes as shown in the photos, although the packaging was fine. When I hand-tightened the footpeg bolt as instructed, it broke. The frame feels solid, the color is nice, but I can't recommend this bed due to the poor quality.

Beautiful and profitable for mirror and dresser. My 15 year old daughter loves it. Ours was slightly damaged (crushed and chipped) on one of the corners. It probably happened on the way. I contacted Revain and was given the option to return or accept a discount. We were happy with the discount as it's a far corner and not too noticeable. I have chosen not to shoot stars because overall we are happy customers.
