If I could give zero stars here, I would! I cracked it and the writing on the bottom is crooked! I should have listened to other reviews. Now I have no present!

I bought this frame as a gift for a special couple. I framed and wrapped her photo. A nice frame for the price. I recommend this product.

It took a few minutes to get rid of the bubble wrap but I found the item to be in perfect condition. VERY GOOD! We will soon celebrate our 50th anniversary and show it with photos. Buy this and you won't be disappointed!

I was looking for a nice frame for my parents' 50th birthday. However, the frame has chipped off at the top and looks like it was painted over. There are also colored spots that do not go away. I'm glad I bought a few other gifts so I didn't have to turn up with a damaged frame.

The frame is very beautiful and came quickly. The only complaint I have is the image size which is 3 1/2 x 5. If I knew how difficult it would be to find places that print at this size I would probably look for something more common in 4 x 6. .

I was very disappointed when I opened the box and found a 50 year old frame for my parents that I ordered, broken not only in 1 spot but in 5 spots! There was no bubble wrap, no tissue paper, nothing at all to keep it from getting damaged! It also came in the same box with spare waterlocks.
