The charm of the great eagle, great failure. Why the charm of California?

I have split jump rings on all of these items and then I found the eagle's wing on the right is too heavy and making it askew. I would return them but needed them for the 4th of July weekend. I won't be able to use some of them due to bad design! And why the charm of California? I could do without them! What is their meaning? I'd rather pay for enchantments that I can use. This is disappointing! Very disappointing!
