Perfect for photographers in cold weather

I bought these gloves to use for travel and wildlife photography in cold climates and winter. If it's below 20ºF or below you'll need to supplement the warmth these gloves can give you, but beyond that they're great. Heavier gloves, while warm, are too bulky to be useful when walking around with your camera. When it's even colder outside than these gloves can handle, there are other solutions, including camera bags with hand/arm cuffs and hand warmers. These gloves also have "touch tips" which…

Not the best but not that bad

These gloves are not that bad but if I came back I would probably buy something else. The palms are covered with circular (m) logos, which looks pretty fun. They keep your hands warm, but not very well. If the temperature is below 20 degrees, you can leave your hands in your pockets. The fingertip and thumb function works very well on my iPhone. The problem is that after a week of use, they wear out on the thumb and finger of the right hand. I put that down to bad tailoring. Overall: I would…

They work, but they don't last!

I bought them when I couldn't find The North Face's version anywhere. At first glance they were perfect. Made from the same Polatec material as the more expensive brands, they have built-in conductive material instead of a metal dot in the middle of the fingertip.
