the word isn't even spelled right

The necklace was also supposed to say "Yiayia" as shown in the pictures and description, but it came as "Yia". I ordered a replacement to spell the word correctly and it came back wrong. I am not satisfied with this as it is a present for my children, Yiayia. I do not recommend this.
