Filters spilled charcoal into the box. I wanted to send it back to Revain but didn't want to mess with shipping it to a returns shop.

I received the filter box damaged and dirty, but the box was not damaged. The filters are very dirty, there are a lot of black stones in the box. I do not recommend this product.

We bought these bio filter packs for our 20 gallon aquarium and loved that they came in multiple packs and at a great price. Our fish swim happily and the water is crystal clear. Thank you son!

Filters are the second filter box I got and they still don't work the same size as the ones I got before my aquarium was 55-75 gallon fish. tank, and these are small filters. Now I've sent these 2 boxes back to Revain because they won't hear me say I need filters for a large 55-75 gallon tank. Then they send me little tiny filters knowing they won't work, it's a waste of money and time to send them.

I bought these to save a few bucks compared to buying in a pack. It worked great when I installed it, but after a day or so the filter started reducing flow. Water began to accumulate and flow through the filter. I pulled it out to make sure it wasn't clogged, it wasn't. Installed a new one, same problem. My solution is to pull the filter up a bit so it doesn't touch the bottom of the filter housing. This allows the water to bypass the filter and flow under the filter. While this reduces…
