The very first time I dropped my phone, the glass screen protector busted which is why I’m only giving 3 stars.I have continued to use the case though and still like durability, feel, and looks of it a lot.

It works although as of recently after cleaning with a alcohol wipe it got.moisture inside the case of the protector. Bulky design.

Case is VERY durable. Been dropped multiple times by my kid and Phone has survived. Only complaint is the screen protector. It doesn’t seem to make sufficient contact to th e screen along the edges so it doesn’t always register a touch when typing "p”, "q”, etc.

I had to get just the front metal cover replaced with another Tempered Glass cover as somehow mine cracked. The seller was nice and generous enough to have this replaced with a new one. I have owned as the phone size changed so I could no longer use the previous ones as they were all in great condition after quite a long time. Thank You Marrkey Store

Glass broke same day. Wife dropped the phone off the couch onto carpet maybe 2 feet and the glass shattered like a picture frame glass. Dissapointed in quality. I was of the understanding that it was "gorilla glass". Please with the case itself. Just wish the glass wasn't so fragile. Sort of defeats the purpose.

Holy crapola is this case heavy.This case is build like tank and I have n doubt it will protect my phone against everything but a nuclear blast but this case is super heavy. My hand gets tired holding my phone now (and i’m 6’4”) and heaven forbid I doze off in bed while watching netflix and drop it in my face.

Bought this a while ago and it is still great! Phone is protected and like new still. The case has scratches but other then that it is a excellent case! I got it for my boyfriend, he has dropped his phone and the case has saved it from breaking.

Since putting this case on his phone, my husband cell phone service has decreased and he drops calls all of the time. It is also hard to type on though the case. Sometimes he will mash a button several times and the phone will not perform the action. This is a brand new phone and nothing was wrong with it prior to putting the case on it.

We got this phone case for our 10 year old son who has a tendency to be hard on his phones and so far he's dropped it, thrown it and been about as rough as any kid can be and this phone case has withstood it all! Probably one of the best gifts we bought him for Christmas

Got this for my husband who has dropped every cellphone he has had, so far this case is doing a awesome job Looks great, but it''s too heavy weighted. Not sure if I will get used to it.!

The durability is great but for some reason this one came damaged. We’re not usually one to complain but we’ve gotten 2 that were this way and the screen that comes with it was not very good

This thing all screwed together looked like it was bomb proof. I dropped it in the kitchen from a counter to vinyl over wood floor and it shattered the glass face onto the floor. Some I removed after disassembling the thing before sending it back. Less than 24 hours that I had it on the phone. The glass has to be tempered in a device like this.I wouldn't deal with this company again. Especially after reading of someone who had the same issue.

The case was heavy, and seemed great.However, it does NOT come with the tools to open it. Within the the first week the plastic screen protector broke, and scratched my actual phone screen. The case can not be used without this plastic screen cover, and with the screen cover in the condition it was in, my screen wouldn’t respond to tough without me using a good bit of force to push down.

Very nice but bulky but if you want water proofing then is it a must this case will pretty much make your iPhone indistructable

I work on cars all the time and usually am trying to answer calls at the same time. After breaking two phones I decided on a heavy duty case. I haven't dropped it (yet) or tested it in water but it is very sturdy and probably haven't dropped it because I can grip this case better vs others.

It does everything that it says it does but it does not and I mean DOES NOT FIT IPHONE 6 or 6S it fits my iPhone 7 Thanks for attention.

Moister can build up in case making it hard to notice. Also extremely hard to remove case so you aren’t aware it’s ruining your phone until it’s too late. I wouldn’t recommend

I was very disappointed in this. Put it all together to find out the holes for the camera does not line up. May not prevent scratches or cracks completely.

This is a nice case, strong and sturdy and I believe will hold up to protect your phone. But has major design flaw, the metal used does not allow for a signal about 95% of the time. So it’s useless as a phone case, paper weight yes cell phone not so much!

The glass is sturdy enough to last the body what so ever withstand many damages I throw at it this is a good case for my working friends out there
