Gift for Daughter. She was very happy about that. Not sure what the "transparent*" rating means, I've seen it twice and none of the products were transparent.

Arrived broken - rollers and handles

Disappointed because it was a gift and my friend sent me these pictures My friend to return it, I like the jade face rollers I have, I use all the time , but from another company , I just hope the next one will be carefully packaged .

Delivery was fast but it arrived broken and dirty! It also looks used! I loved using it, but now I don't want it anymore. I will ask for a replacement.

The customer does not have to assemble the parts, they must be ready to use.

The rough part of the roller has come off the bearing. I've tried gluing them together but the nature of the material makes it difficult. It's pretty unfortunate
