Wow what's the difference, this reel. I started using it under my knees when I go to bed. I sleep on my back, that was very helpful. I feel more rested and above all I have less back pain. I would advise everyone to try it to see it. My only caveat is that the reel is stiffer than I expected, but I take full responsibility for that as the website lists the reel size.
