It's great when the drain pipe and sink drain aren't perfectly aligned.

I installed a new sink in my bathroom and the drain from the new sink didn't match perfectly (about an inch difference) with the drain pipe coming out of the wall. That solved the problem!

Works great for me

Works great for a vanity in a bathroom where traditional metal hardware didn't work for me as the wall drain is offset slightly from the sink drain. I'm tired of playing with multiple homedepot parts. This part did the job in less than 20 seconds with no leaks or issues and has been in use for 2 months now.

This product is great. When renovating my bathroom in the basement, I had to.

Excellent product. When renovating a bathroom in the basement, I had to dispose of an old vanity table. The new one was not aligned with the existing plumbing and the old PVC piping was stuck and could not be moved. I ended up buying this thing and it worked like a charm. No leaks and very easy to install. Highly recommended. It's only 8 inches, so if you're severely mistaken I'd recommend buying a longer one. Mine was a little smaller by about an inch.
