Absolute 5 stars! the best ceiling fan

So easy to install! There were a few customer service issues and the company handled everything perfectly. I love the remote control! The fan takes care of the whole room! Highly recommended!

The instructions don't say anything about loosening the set screws to allow the fan to spin. large fan on my screened in porch.

Great fan and light once you install it!

Great fan, just what we wanted. I'm taking off one star because of problems installing it, I'm waiting for a replacement. However, the manufacturer's support was very responsive.

So disappointing. The fans don't spin well, they're noisy and vibrate too much on high settings.

So I was disappointed with this fan. The fan blades are powered only by the force of the air, which must be at its highest level to even rotate. High settings are so loud they sound like an airplane. I installed it downstairs and when it's upstairs it shakes the floors upstairs. For the money it's not the quality I expected. I paid to have it professionally installed and now I'm going to remove it and send it back. I would not recommend this fan to anyone.
