When set for indefinite heat - I often find my ailing mother complaining of the cold and find it turned off at night. The setting goes to 5 and the heater turns off. Persistent problem.

I am annoyed by the position of the regulator! It's in the very top corner, when you're lying in bed you need to reach to the top corner and dig it out of the corner of the bed. They had to be inserted approximately in the middle on the sides. The heating pad works as it should.

I really liked this mat at first, but after a few months of use it stopped working! It had great warmth, easy controls and I loved how quickly I fell asleep! I am very disappointed that I spent money on something that didn't even last 6 months!

Added to the guest room for a guest staying over in the colder months. I already have 2 different ones for family members. This pad is of excellent quality, fits well, has multiple settings and turns off after a selected time (no wasted energy). Great for the Vermont winter. It is difficult to get out of bed in the morning.

I've been using this product for 3 months now and I think it's time to write a review as it hasn't been broken or damaged. I really like this product that comes with a timer and a temperature controller. I set 3 for mid-November and now 4 lets me sleep soundly at night. The only downside to this product is that you may not want to get out of bed in the morning. I'm taking off a star for softness because you could feel the wire, so I highly recommend covering it with a blanket.

Just spent my first night with this product on my mattress! I have to say I was concerned that even the lowest setting would get too hot, but it wasn't. .I started on setting 1 and adjusted it to 3 and then 2 over the course of the night. I didn't find any cold spots on the top comforter and slept well through the night. My only criticism of this product is the ridiculous design of the controller. Both wires should come out of the end of the display and the wire from the pad to the controller…
