Using this product, our team found that it had poor connectivity and was difficult to use. While the design was sleek, the signal was often weak, making it unreliable for professional use. The price point was also steep for the lack of performance. There are better options available in the electronics market.

This was a purchase for the Smart Controller extension as the Smart Controller cannot use 3rd party applications such as Drone Deploy. I need a drone deploy for work flights.

The controller I received doesn't work. I tried to connect it to the DJI GO4 app but I just get a message that it cannot be used with the app. I was able to connect it to my laptop and update the firmware to the latest version but still no luck. I needed a new controller to replace my original device that stopped working for me again, so I wanted to have a backup while DJI fixed it. Bad luck.
