The GoPro charger is bulky and difficult to fold, about the size of a coke can. It's thin, sleek and packs easily into a pocket. Just bought the 2nd one. It charged my batteries instantly.

So I love long bike rides and this is a great way to store and charge GoPro batteries even in a tank bag while riding. It's compact and keeps your batteries in order. I recommend this to anyone using a GoPro.

I'm new to Gopro. I just bought a Hero 7 this winter and am learning how to shoot and edit for a two week trip to the Ozarks this summer. I bought this charger after seeing it in a YouTube video. It is compact and charges 3 batteries via the USB Type-C port. The only thing I don't like is that the charging LED indicators are very small and difficult to see only in the dark. When it's outside on a Harley I don't see if the batteries are fully charged.

Purchased for GoPro batteries. From the looks of it, it seems small, discreet, and easy to store batteries. Speaking of myself, I thought it was a portable battery charger, but I found out it wasn't. Not for $20. It's just a normal charging cradle! LED indicators show what is loaded / not loaded. When all your batteries are charged, you can just slip it in a bag and carry it around. I bought my first GoPro this year and was looking for an external charger. They were all blocky and unsuitable for wearing, so I kept looking. Overall I am very happy with the Maxcam charger. I bought it because I wanted something that would allow me to store and charge extra batteries and it serves that purpose well. The processing quality leaves a lot to be desired and the matte surface scratches with the smallest scratch.
