Excellent tool for troubleshooting problems in a fast manner!

The software has helped us to solve problems that were previously costing our team hours of time each month troubleshooting hardware devices in production environments with very little success! It is quick, easy-to-use & intuitive which makes it an ideal tool for all levels of users when used appropriately (ie not too much!). I would like more detailed reports about what was actually found during testing as some things we have come across are new issues but aren't listed there yet so this could

  • Easy navigation between different pages once you become familiarized enough wiyth everything)
  • Ability To Export Data In Multiple Formats eith CSV file included along side excel format files allowing user's flexibility at whatever level needed

  • No way currently via GUI method other than manually editing every

Very useful tool especially if your job involves Database admin and Performance tuning

It is very easy to use,it can help me troubleshooting database issues as well provide recommendations for changes or upgrades that will improve performance of my application/database server etc!It's free version has limited features but you do get what u need without paying any money!!
