Not sure whether power supply or tablet. When I tried to plug it in, the plug didn't go all the way in. I read that others had the same problem and some had no problems at all. So if I can't compare it to another similar tablet, I can give it a fair rating that differs from my own opinion.

When connecting to the computer it stuck out (doesn't appear to be fully plugged in) and I thought it wouldn't work, but my NextBook charged. I bought a more expensive one but when he did the same thing I sent it back and kept this one.

I hate the fact that I have to rock it to charge it. I'm afraid to order another one, but it looks like I should buy somewhere else. It's the same model number by the way.

Perfect! Very fast delivery - didn't have to suffer long. Note to all buyers - make sure you have the exact part numbers and model when ordering. They are very similar but worth a look. mine is great It also doesn't get as hot as the original, which is probably why it died.
