My new everyday wallet

This is a great little wallet. The construction is very very solid. To be honest it's too hard. Holds many cards. You'll have to improvise with cash as this wallet doesn't have the traditional "note pocket". Section is too loose. Even with two IDs and two credit cards, they still kind of slide down the middle when you open them. This branch is behind the Maxpedition patch. I want it to be on the other side, with the external slot (where I keep my money) behind it, so maybe the bills would…

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • I'm worried

Not bad for $13, but not perfect.

Edit: 5 years later. I still use it. The material is no longer like sandpaper. The wallet is holding up well. I think this could be a forever wallet for the right person. Original: It does one thing well and meets my basic need of storing 4 cards, ID and cash without increasing the thickness. The wallet will not lose items inside. The contents stay in the wallet, although the cards slide, the items inside dangle a bit. Purse pockets could be a little smaller to prevent slipping. Also, the seams

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • No instructions

Plain and Simple: Wallets, Card Cases & Money Organizers

This little wallet has held up very well over the past few months and I have no doubt it will last for quite some time given the material it's made of. It is very tear and abrasion resistant and even moderately hydrophobic. Very, very durable fabric. It's not the most minimalist or the smallest of wallets, but it's more functional than the more minimalist ones and has a full pocket with an ID window, which many others lack. Unfortunately, I regularly have to carry a few more cards than I'd like

Pros
  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • Fade

Here's what to expect

First, let me go through complaint #1 and how I resolved it. Width - especially due to the fact that the slot of the ID window is too large. True, but I got creative and found the PERFECT solution. In this slot I have my licenses, CCWs and insurance cards, all of which flop and fall out if I hadn't thought about it. Find an Ian Sinclair (or fake) credit card jackknife. The thickness and width when placed behind my cards in the ID window provides just the level of retention and fit required for…

  • Great for me
