Very powerful and flexible for writing Python scripts for cloud services

The ability to use Python as an API backend, which is very flexible for creating new functions with ease of deployment/maintenance via GitOps tooling like CircleCI or Codeship (or even just using git). It's easy enough that I can make changes in my editor without having it pushed straight into production yet powerful enough so you don't need super-expensive Devops staff at your disposal! We've solved our problems by allowing all developers access but not giving them full control over everything

Pros
  • Easy cloud infrastructure provision
  • Flexibility when implementing business logic code through python scripts/
  • Great community support & tutorials / great documentation.
  • Lots more available resources than other competitor products such as Microsoft Azure Functions
Cons
  • Some initial learning curve,
  • Not much flexibility around storage options compared

  • Also helps run scripts easily by simply connecting your machine to internet server remotely (via SSH) no need VPN / remote
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
