Cheaper and better suction than original Ameda Mya Joy parts. I don't notice an increase in performance like others have mentioned in their reviews, but it definitely cut my pump time by 3-5 minutes for the same performance.

Ok strong. It hurt like hell to use stimulation mode on 1 with my Mya Joy. And pumps/expression. Forget it. Ouch. Got half the amount in half the time (10 minutes). I put my original duckbills back on and dumped 2 ounces in 5 minutes. I'm not a pushover, I only download 7-8 times a day, but no. I hope they loosen up after washing, or I'm just attributing it to the loss. The diaphragms worked perfectly.

Can't comment on durability as I just got it but I broke the silicone on my platypus while cleaning it and was dying for a new one so I ordered it. I also keep losing the little silicone cups, so glad they come with the platypus and cups. It fits perfectly in my Elite Ameda hospital pump. It was a welcome relief from manually inflating while waiting for the product to arrive in the mail. Luckily it arrived 2 days later on a Sunday, for which I am infinitely grateful!
