My analysis of this product showed that it is an excellent support brace for those who need to prevent injuries. This is the only wrist rest I have been able to find that supports the wrist to limit wrist extension (pulling the back of the hand from a palm-after position below). Most braces limit wrist flexion. If you need an expansion constraint, that's a curly brace.

Purchased when I broke my wrist and needed something to hold my wrist in a neutral position. My activities include mountain biking, softball and weightlifting.
