Cheaply made, best on the knuckles

This is a very cheaply made egg guard. They put two parts of an egg crate together and cut them out, then folded them together and attached a piece of Velcro cheaply. The Velcro came loose on the first day of use and I had to reattach it. I am disappointed in this product.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Negligible repairability

Bare Bone Bone Protector

This product would be excellent for protecting the ankle and heel from bruises if it had a secondary strap to hold it in place. But with only one strap, the patient can rub the foot slightly until the protector slips off the heel and no longer offers protection.

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

TERRIBLE/COLLABORATE

I can't say enough about wasting money and time looking for a heel protector. The folks at Revain should be ashamed for putting this cheap, useless article on the site. Boots are attached with the cheapest tape. The idea is good, but with a cheap sticky tape the product is useless

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Made cheap. Difference to the advertised product.

The item shown (well made) is NOT what you will get. I received 2 square pieces of styrofoam that were folded and attached in two places on one side. Made cheap. The hook portion of the Velcro immediately detached from the foam rubber as it was not sewn to the foam rubber. Compare the advertised image to my photo.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Hard to say

Not great, but worthy of the price solution in some situations.

The patient managed to wriggle out of them if used overnight, but they served to provide some protection while his fancy (and much more expensive) heel floats through the laundry went. good, even at night, for a fairly sedentary sleep. Also suitable for those who require heel/ankle protection or similar when in a wheelchair.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Very expensive

cheap quality product not even worth $0.50

very poorly finished very low price and then charge patients 5 times what they paid because i have a health visitor who takes me with Mckesson supplies supplies and for a year and a half everything I get from them is cheaper quality. just a sponge with craters so there are no ulcers on the heels from lying in bed for a long time and the velcro on the straps that hold them came loose within the first hour, i put them on and i have a little one foot and an awkward bow

Pros
  • nice to use
Cons
  • old

Good product suitable for medical supplies and equipment

I have a disabled son who is recently bedridden and they sent us massive boots home from the hospital. I looked and these looked like it would be a little more comfortable. And they seem to work well, but there isn't a hole in the back for the healing to flow through if that's what you're looking for. Also, one of them was covered in feces and I foolishly rinsed it out and then washed it with bleach. Yes. do not do that. He turned green from all colors! Laugh! So now we have a blue one and a…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

very poorly finished McKesson has been making cheap products since the pandemic - they should be ashamed of how they have accepted manufacturers for using consumables at a very cheap price get Low cost and then charge patients 5 times what they paid because I have a health visitor who provide me with Mckesson supplies and for the last year and a half everything I get from them, a cheaper quality. These booties are just a sponge with craters I don't get heel ulcers from lying in bed for long…

Very convenient! suitable for medical supplies and equipment

I bought these egg crate heel pads for a patient I met in the hospital. She was in bed for about three weeks, we got ulcers on the bottom of her heels from rubbing against the bed. As soon as I took her home we ordered them to see if it would help at all because the pillow under her feet didn't help her at all. I received the heel protector within 36 hours of ordering which was amazing and even ahead of the expected delivery date! My patient was wearing heel protectors when she said in bed that

Pros
  • One year trial
