🖼️ MCS 12x12 Inch Frame for Stunning Finished Canvases - Elegant Black Design (47391) Review

After reading some negative reviews I decided to try this product. Negative feedback was due to a misunderstanding of the product or shipping issues. This frame is perfect for my 12x12 canvases. I like that the frames are attached with velcro. This will be my main frame for all my future 12x12 models. I've already bought another one.

This was purchased to print on 12x12 canvas and it did the job really well. The frame is well made and durable. The velcros are still holding up after 6 months and they continued to hold up with no issues when I removed the picture a few times to change prints. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the lack of color choices. I didn't want black but it was all available so I sprayed it. I will add that it holds the color without any pre-sanding without any problems!

The frame is simple but sharp and perfect for my needs. Unlike other reviewers, I had velcro to attach the canvas to the frame. Was a quick and easy assembly without tools. I designed and hung my oil painting on the wall in less than 10 minutes! I like that there is a small gap between the edge of the canvas and the inside of the frame. This is not so noticeable, but it has the effect of a floating canvas and is particularly beautiful when the drawing is transferred to the edges of the plate.

I wanted to like these frames. I bought two and they just didn't hold up well. Any buyer should be aware that there is about an inch border around the canvas before beginning the frame, so this is not what you want. The worst thing is that my canvases keep falling out of their frames. They come with velcro to hold the canvases in place and they just don't stay in the frame. I think I'll have to glue it, which isn't what you need to do. Especially for the price they made you want more.

Excellent value for money. I almost didn't get it because of the bad reviews but thought it might be worth a try because of the cheap price. Pros: You can still use existing wire if your canvas is currently hanging unframed. No movement or remeasurement. The Velcro system is smart and simple. Zero tools used. Cons: Quality is borderline. The velcro strips fitted inside were crooked and very difficult to compare to the ones you attach to the canvas. They are also not very durable at all. I was only able to attach my canvas to this frame by adding and using my own velcro straps which were very strong. To make matters worse, the ones pre-mounted on the frame are crooked, no matter where the canvas is in you can still see the velcro behind it. Finally, the measurements are not very accurate. This framework concept is exactly what I was looking for. The canvas floats in the frame and the Velcro makes assembly easy. Just make sure you get it right the first time. If any of the frames I ordered arrived intact I would probably give it 5 stars! There are small nicks on both frames which could be related to the manufacture but also handling of Revain. The frame was slightly larger than the 12 x 12 canvas I had. It has some velcro on the frame and you add the opposite type of velcro to the canvas to make it stick. I am not sure why these strips are not included. 1 star deducted for that. It has two frame hangars on adjacent sides, they work well and are adequate for a frame of this size.
