Fine it's not as strong as it looks in the photos. I love that you can switch hooks, but that also means they don't stay where you want them!

Looks good. However, the hooks above the door are too thick. I can't use it because the bathroom door won't close when hanging on the door.

It's easy (which I like) and very quick to assemble. The only thing I don't like is that the bottom shelf protrudes so much that it bumps when the door is fully open.

Machining quality control is clearly not doing its job as the holes on the two vertical bars are clearly misaligned. This makes the entire rack look skewed. Ultimately it feels like a waste of money because I'll probably find a replacement that doesn't drive me crazy every time I'm in the bathroom.

We bought this item to save space in our master bathroom. Does what it's supposed to do, but I would still improve it. I would make the racks wider so my towels can lay perfectly flat and dry. I would reject even small hooks for this function. Also, the color is really brown and I think I would have liked it better if it was real bronze like the other fixtures in my bathroom.

Turns out the included clips (which I thought we wouldn't use) are perfect for hanging a long towel so it dries really quickly! It took less than 5 minutes to assemble and is so durable we will be using it for years.

It's well done, it's more of a brownish color without the copper cast you'd expect from oiled bronze. It sticks out a reasonable distance from the door, which probably works well if you don't have a wall directly behind the door. We have a wall in front of which a door opens and we will return to it because we can only open the door 3/4 and then the bottom step will hit the wall which is not good for a claustrophobic husband and 5- summer child.

I had a hard time finding the horizontal towel rail above the black door. I was very excited when I found this. I found the price a bit high but I was willing to pay it based on the color and number of towels it can hold. I was very disappointed when I opened the package. The towel rail was badly scratched.
