A few years ago I bought a stainless steel napkin holder from Bed Bath & Beyond and paid $24.99 plus tax. This is a solid (heavy duty) tissue holder that will last for years and fits square tissue boxes. This napkin holder is lightweight, looks cheap, and is made in China. The finish is pleasant, I ordered a matte stainless steel, the lower edge is rolled so as not to scratch the glass plate it stands on. There is a dent on one side from top to bottom, there is a small dent on the top, there is light wear on one side. Should probably have returned but so far better than an unopened box of tissues. Terrible quality control. I bought one of these and would give it five stars because it looked good, went well with brushed nickel and chrome bathroom accessories, and fit on a Kleenex box without wasting space. In fact, I liked it so much I ordered another one for one of my other bathrooms. Unfortunately it turned out to be defective.
