I would give five stars if it was a little longer. It's just too short for a standard towel if, like me, you don't want your towel to touch the surface. But the color is what I was looking for and it's well made. I only need to buy small towels.

I don't know what these towels are for but small towels look silly and regular towels are too big which also looks silly. This is too small for a normal towel. Although strong. I just folded the towel to make it look decent. It's unlikely to be a towel rack as my towel is halfway up the counter.

I had to return the product because the towels bunched up on the counter when I put them on it. I had to fold the towels in half and then push them through to keep them off the counter. I thought it just didn't match the look I wanted in our new bathroom so I sent the item back with no problems. The return is very easy and my money was refunded to my account immediately.

Exactly what I was looking for. However, it doesn't fit the towel I usually use. The distance from the bottom of the ring to the counter is longer than half a towel so it drapes on the counter or you have to awkwardly fold it in thirds which never stays. Instead, the washcloth fits perfectly and actually looks exactly like the picture. 4/5 overall as it doesn't really fit in a towel but I'm happy enough to keep it.

I bought this to use as a towel rail for our master bathroom and I am very disappointed as the holder is TOO SHORT to be a towel rail. The name should be changed to "Linen Towel Rack". Read reviews before you make the same mistake as me and many others. revenge I could not find a towel rail high enough on your website. Could you add products to fill this need?

I knew from other reviews that it isn't high enough to hang a towel on so the towel doesn't pile up on the counter. This is very true. But I bought anyway. lol We have a 72" vanity with two sinks so I needed a double ring towel rail. He stands in the middle, between our bowls. Yes, towels fall on the counter. my jars for cotton balls, tampons and lotions. This works fine for us, but probably not if you have a smaller meter.

I am very happy with this towel rail, I bought a few more for another bathroom. I love that it can hold two towels and the head swivels to allow easy access to each of the towels. The colors are also very true to the picture (I bought graphite and bronze and was happy with both). The description clearly states that this remedy is for little rags. So for those who complain that it doesn't hold towels well, it's because they try to put towels on it. The towels are more than advertised for this…
