This is a retirement gift for a friend. I have an "office voodoo doll" at work and we used to joke that she could borrow it if she needed it to negotiate with our co-workers. When she retired I bought her her own voodoo doll as she couldn't take mine anymore. She laughed at it so it's worth buying. ;)
