Mixed feelings about ghetto blasters

Great look, I'll leave it because it's fully functional and its classic design gets to the point, but there's a lack of sound, that is, a lot of shows, but the sound is top notch no go

Pros
  • Mobile phone items
Cons
  • old

Do not buy for Portable Audio & Video

Terrible product. The volume of the radio was extremely low and loud. I couldn't get bluetooth to work. I sent it back. Really a piece of junk. It's crazy that it costs $250.

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Doubtful

It has a nice classic ghetto blaster look.

I don't like the fact that you can't listen to the radio when it's connected to the network. You can use any other function when connected, but not the radio. I consider this a serious design flaw. Also, it doesn't last long on one charge. It only has small batteries.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Secret

Your music player from the 80's

Love the retro style with CD and Bluetooth function. It was designed for the sound of the 80's, where low frequencies didn't exist back then. These aren't subwoofers, so you won't hear that boom bass in today's 90's music. But other than that it's a good mid-size retro deck/radio. Level indicator LED, selection indicator lights up, treble/bass controls work. The volume increases to a maximum of 30. A reasonable volume depends on the volume of your Bluetooth device. Lithium battery with charger.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Never been so sorry!

I am very disappointed. Couldn't enjoy this radio due to strong static electricity so I'm sending it back. Another note: excellent customer service. Update: 6/16/20 The seller accepted this return without any problems from the start. He sends me a prepaid return label which the post office won't accept as it's media mail like CDs etc. I've tried many times and always get the same label. Please I advise customers not to buy this boombox. That's a lie. Nice to look at but a nightmare when you…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Don't waste your time and money!

Pulling this item out of the box I immediately noticed two floating pieces of plastic that had fallen out of the cassette player. One of them was a latch that broke so the cassette player is hanging open. and the other was the part that rotated the tape in the cassette, so even if the cassette lock worked, the tape still wouldn't play. Then I tried to connect it. no energy. It turned out that the power supply that came with the radio was not working! After trying a new one that I bought…

Pros
  • fully portable music system in the style of the iconic 80's boom boxes, with all the technology of the 21st century
Cons
  • large and bulky

This boombox could have been so good, but instead we have something that barely works. Bad: 1. The radio only picks up one of 20 stations in my area. Both AM and FM are bad.2. The cassette door is so weak that it doesn't close properly, so the cassette isn't inserted deep enough and starts popping and sliding out, making an annoying noise every few seconds.3. The CD player makes a strange noise every time you insert and eject a CD, which sounds like it's running for the last time. The cassette…

Pros
  • FM Radio
Cons
  • Not sure

A brand new boombox with no hassles ***FIX: SEE BELOW***

This radio makes a lot more sense than buying one from the 80's and rebuilding it. The sound is very good, CD and cassette players work without problems and it looks neat. The colors on the gauges are a very odd choice, but I decided against it. I have a couple of old ghetto blasters, but they are awkward to use and drain the batteries too quickly. This radio comes with its own rechargeable kit and more are likely to become available. Early models drained the battery quickly when the device…

Pros
  • Components included: Power supply
Cons
  • Slightly torn
