Excellent power supplies.

I had to send mine back. The description says the range is selectable and I expected +/- 12V, actually it's +/- 6V, I needed 40V. So the power supply works at 80% and below. Meanwell are great power supplies, this particular one just didn't have the selectable range I needed.

Excellent power supply for POE NVR system

I had problems with my Reolink 16 Ch. POE NVR system. Sometimes when I turned the interior lights on or off (on a separate powder breaker) the factory power went out causing the NVR to reboot. I don't know why this is happening since my house was built in 2019. I thought the factory PSU had a problem with small current fluctuations? I even bought a UPS with a network conditioner rated for 20x the power drawn by the NVR, but that didn't solve the problem. This power supply completely fixed the…

No current threads? in Internal Power Supplies

Based on my better than average experience with electricity, all that is required to charge a 42 volt lead-acid battery is a DC source greater than 42 volts. This 48 volt (regulated) 07.5 amp power supply MUST charge the battery. I would be interested to know why this is not the case. Is the circuit specifically designed to trip when connected to a voltage source, even if the source is lower than the rated voltage of the LRS-350-48. that is: 48 volts. Oddly enough, current (amps) will flow…

Took about 10 minutes :(

Tried to drive a 300w motor (6.25A) with this power supply. This is within the ratings of this power supply. 15 minutes ago would i return both mosfets It but bought it a few months before I started using it so I can fix it myself not much considering the cost of the power supply was pretty reasonable I repair power supplies for s Life, so pretty easy for me.

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
  • Only available in black

Solid performance. The fan is barely audible with average use.

I bought this to replace the internal power supplies for some 48v speakers, the pinout was the same and the specs were roughly comparable. Worked great. Reminds me of many of the materials we use to power electric trains, but with a lot more energy. This thing gets a lot of use and rarely spins the fan loud enough to be noticed. Highly recommended if you are looking to replace a similar old power supply or are working on a new project that requires constant current.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Some minor issues
