Used it on our bed, my daughter slept on our bed and peed so much in her diaper that it seeped through the sheet, no protection even with a baby wipe accidentally on the Bed leaked behind. I wanted a waterproof sheet that wasn't white, but I'm sticking with our actual waterproof sheet. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this one.

We bought this to cover a futon sofa that our cat wanted to pee on one day. After cleaning the sofa, we covered ourselves with this mattress cover, the cat urinated on it ONCE, and it flooded, she ran and hasn't jumped on the sofa since. I followed the instructions, washed, then hung to dry, ordering a second one in between if we still had a "blob". Since this is in the living room, the solid colors were perfect. The sides of this fairly thin material, I have another brand that has a fully waterproof rubber cover that seems to be more durable/durable shines with only 1 seam below, not 4 on this one. The actual color is the lightest peach color shown in the upper right corner of the thumbnail color swatch as opposed to the deeper coral color in the mattress picture - it's a light beautiful peach color but I wanted a darker coral red as named/pictured - If I wanted a peach color I might have tried it but…
