Horrible customer service and no help with technical issues

I don't like anything about this software, it doesn’t work properly or at all! It has been very frustrating to use because of its instability. If you are looking into purchasing Medialoopster please do your research before buying so there won't be problems down the road when using their product. We were trying to get our videos from one system (Mediaportal) onto another but couldn't figure out how they did things differently without paying extra money each time we uploaded something new.
