terrible item on bags & cases

Leather feels cheap and rough but fits even worse. I have a Sony A7III and although it fits on the bottom left side of the camera, on the right side (where the camera grip, shutter button and other controls are located) there is a huge gap between the body which makes the camera awful to handle .

Great price, especially when compared to Sony OEM bodies.

As the A7III is a relatively new camera body, there aren't many accessories available for it yet, particularly half boxes. Not only was the price right, the case fits my camera like a glove and gives me peace of mind that it will be protected from the small scratches and scuffs that cameras get in normal everyday use.

excellent quality but may not fit A7iii

Excellent quality but this product is not designed for A7iii. You can make it work and it won't be terrible, but if you're looking for a 100% perfect fit, this may not be the perfect product for you. I ended up returning mine but can't say anything bad about the manufacture of the product, the quality of the material, the customer service or the delivery.

Odd fit on A7 III

Although the product itself was as described, the fit on the Sony A7 III was a bit odd. There was a lot of play/wiggle side to side when the set screw was tight. This created a gap between the body and the camera body on one side, depending on how you hold the camera. Not that it wasn't the case with vintage cameras with this type of skin, but I just expected it to fit better.

Unusual fit on the A7 III

Be sure to check the seat of the tripod screw and DO NOT use force. A small rubber washer will do.

Fits my Sony A9 well and offers better wear protection on the bottom edges of the camera. Easy access to the battery compartment. Looks good and is real leather. It came with a nice leather strap. For the price it fits very well and is well made. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the depth of the tripod screw. It's flat so doesn't fully tighten, leaving the camera loose and wobbly on a tripod or ascent harness/wrist. I was able to add a small inexpensive metal washer between the
