I don't usually write reviews; However, I am pleasantly surprised by the quick response from this company's customer service team. I buy the two piece tempered glass version for my laptop 3's surface. The fit was exceptional. I installed the first screen protector with no problems; However, my school required a privacy screen, so I couldn't cover my laptop with either a screen protector or privacy screen. The perfect addition for added protection between the keyboard and screen

I bought this screen protector to alleviate problems with "screen tearing" when closing my laptop. It's literally very thin, transparent and easy to apply. I ended up with a blister near the edge when a small particle got stuck there, but I managed to reapply the same profile when I tugged at the profile to get it out. Screen brightness and clarity remain the same, and most importantly, you won't hear a "crackle" when you squeeze the laptop after the screen is closed. Ultimately, this is a must

Great customer service and follow up!

Customer service was very good. I had their customer service rep Kate to help me. She let me try the screens again for free after a failed first try. I really appreciate MEGOO team trying their best to help me!

Excellent protection for Surface 3 15 inch laptop

I've put on many screen protectors over the years and I have to say these were the easiest screen protectors ever for a screen of this size. The video tutorial was great but I didn't have to use it due to my experience of applying screen protectors. The reason for the purchase has to do with the complaints that Surface Laptop 3 users have been making online regarding their screens. Looks great when applied

Package arrived in the post but unfortunately one of the screen protectors ripped during postage. The second one stuck with no problems. Two air bubbles were easy to handle. I replied to a follow up email from customer support telling them that one of them was hacked and a new package was sent to me 2 days later. That's what I call service!
