Decent lens in Lenses

I like the quality I get from the lens. Pretty easy to control. My biggest problem is the size. It's so shallow that it's hard for anyone to understand.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Seniors

Image quality good for lens

This is a big waste of money, can't focus, FOV: 190Β°? completely wrong, wide angle? completely wrong! Do yourself a favor, don't buy!

Pros
  • Excellently done
Cons
  • Piggy bank price

Meike 28mm f2.8 suitable for photography and photography

Great prime lens for the Micro Four Thirds system, also known as MFT or M4/3. Clear picture and well done. The description is confusing as this is NOT a wide angle lens, it is equivalent to a 56mm focal length for a 35mm film camera. I hope to try another glass from Meike.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Rumpled

Aperture movement: Camera lenses

I have problems with the aperture, it is not smooth, I have to make a lot of effort to change the aperture, does not fit my olympus em10 mark iii, so if you have an Olympus camera. I don't recommend this unless I'm attaching the lens mount to the camera. I have over 7 lenses on this camera and this is the first time I have had this problem. However the picture is great and for the video I would give 3/5

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Appearance

Sharp lens but still distance scale and blurred depth of field and aperture scales make hyperfocal work difficult. Also, the Olympus E-PL1 meter needs exposure compensation for some reason. The aperture scale has also been shifted by about one and a half f-stops. Some vignetting wide open, ok to tone it down a bit. A fairly noticeable barrel distortion also depends on the subject. I can trade my copy for another, maybe with better luck.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • No performance

An excellent lens at an excellent price

I originally ordered a Meike 25 1.8 for MFT and a Pergear 25 1.8 to find an available Prime for my EM10 Mark ll. I was disappointed with the sharpness of the Meike 25 and the Pergear, while significantly sharper, had problems with glare and didn't like the handling. After reading Ephorzine's Meike 28 review and a few YouTube videos, I decided to try the 28mm lens. It's very sharp at the moment, looks great on my EM10 Mark II and captures color and black and white very well. At $49 this is an…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

A sharp little lens, but far from infinity.

I'm getting great results with this little lens on my Olympus PEN system. This is a great little pancake lens that delivers the full-frame 56mm equivalent. But you can't trust the infinity focus marker or believe that the point at which the lens' focus ring stops rotating is infinity - it definitely isn't. If you're holding a small suction cup, be aware and perhaps adjust it by taking it apart and calibrating it if it's worth it. There are several videos on YouTube on how to do this.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • For the old
