Solid price

The lens is manual so sometimes the camera goes into standby mode while I adjust the lens settings. But it turned out to be a great picture. The storage case that came with it didn't fit the lens, but I keep the lens in my camera bag so it didn't bother me. Decent value considering the price.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Power outlet required

A solid choice for your Nikon mirrorless camera

I bought this lens with my Nikon Z50 despite already having the 16-50mm AF kit lens that came with the camera, and i am very happy with it. The kit lens (although it's a very good all-purpose lens in its own right) has an aperture of f/5.6 at 35mm. Simple and effective

This is a reliable little lens. It takes a little getting used to, but it's good practice for manual focusing without spending a lot of money.

Pros
  • This is a wide angle lens suitable for landscape, product and portrait photography

Recommend this lens

For the money this thing is a beast. I use it with z50 no problem and the fit and finish is just great. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Fixed 35mm Wide Angle Lens. The maximum aperture of f/1.4-16 gives a soft bokeh, suitable for close-ups/portraits
Cons
  • High price

Reliable for the price

The lens is manual, so the camera sometimes goes into standby mode while I adjust the lens settings. But it turned out to be a great picture. The storage case that came with it didn't fit the lens, but I keep the lens in my camera bag so I didn't mind. Decent value considering the price.

Pros
  • Designed for Nikon Z50 Z mount in APS-C format and fits Z6, Z7, Z5 in APS-C mode.
Cons
