Terrible quality lens

This lens is a complete disappointment .As my tests showed, the images produced were blurry and lacked the sharpness I was expecting. The build quality felt cheap and the lens was difficult to attach and remove. The lack of auto-focus made it a struggle to capture clear shots. I wouldn't recommend this lens to anyone looking for high-quality images..

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Poor image quality, cheap build

A Reliable Addition for Olympus Cameras

I've been using this lens for my Olympus camera and it has exceeded my expectations.Based on my observations the Meike manual lens produces sharp and vivid photos, with good color contrast and accurate focus. Its metal construction ensures durability, while its lightweight design makes it easy to carry around. The only downside is that it can be tricky to use in low-light situations. Overall, a great addition to ANY photographer's gear collection!

Pros
  • Sharp and vivid photos, durable and lightweight construction.
Cons
  • Tricky to use in low-light situations.

Good lens for the price - manual only

Using this lens in the studio on a Lumix GH4 and/or G7. Image quality is good and comparable to the Lumix lens range. There are two dials, one for aperture and one for focus. This lens has no electronic functions and therefore does not respond to autofocus or other functions controlled by the camera. If you want a basic lens that works well in low light, this is a good choice.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
