🎥 Meike MK-Y700AR 700 LED Dimmable Ultra High Power Video Light with Remote Control for YouTube Studio Photography & Video Shooting Review

This is a great product. It's very easy to use, it's quite bright. I took a picture of a stool with the light on and off. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a battery or stand. The light is a steal at this price. It's bright and works as it should. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a battery or adapter. Luckily this is the standard adapter size and I was just able to use it for my shoot. Worked well and didn't overheat.

Honestly, for $25 this LED is pretty bright! It's adjustable so you can control how much power you need for your projects. It comes with a white/orange diffuser. Batteries and power supply are not included, I think that's why they keep the price down. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I will recommend this product to my friends and family.

At such a low price there's not much to complain about. Build quality is good, brightness is excellent, brightness is adjustable and the fact that it even comes with a remote control is pleasing to the eye. To be honest I don't understand how they can sell it so cheap. The light is a lot bigger than I thought it would be in the photos, so it was a softer source. Not small enough to carry on camera (well, you probably can, but it would be cumbersome).

The light is really bright, not for what you would use an LED ring light but to illuminate a room when the light reflects off other surfaces; it will blind you. You should watch a few YouTube videos about film lighting for more information on it. The build quality is good. It's annoying that it doesn't come with the shutters that come with the remote model, that would be pretty cheap. I also wish it came with a swiveling camera ball head instead of a hot shoe mount.

UPDATE: I have now bought the MK-Y400B and MK-Y600B video lights. These are really big and bright video light panels. It comes with adjustable color temperature with 2 sets of LED bulbs. On the back of the flashlight is a single intensity/brightness dial with a knob in the middle. Pressing this button toggles the knob to control either the 3200K LEDs or the 7500K LEDs or both at the same time; The corresponding indicators for 3200K and 7500K indicate what type of light you are setting up.
